Black powder coated with an anti-rust undercoat. Comes with 5 aluminum black powder coated cross bars, 10 black powder coated support brackets, plus all stainless steel mounting hardware and easy to follow instructions. Storage area holds a whopping 40 square feet of cargo. Fixed front light bar holds up to 4 lights and 2 independent rear light bars (1- light per bar)
