| This engine modification system for the H-1 delivers crisp throttle response, spirited light throttle performance and strong heavy-to-full throttle power. Max-E-Tork PCM programming is designed specifically for the H-1 6.5 turbo diesel engine. It features unique fuel delivery and start of injection timing curves, tailored to deliver maximum power and torque. This combination of the Max-E-Tork programming with the Turbo-Master waste gate controller, PMD Isolator system and HO Fuel Injectors, substantially improves drivability with crisp throttle response, spirited light throttle performance and strong heavy-to-full throttle power, adding 110 hp and 170 lb ft torque.

Balance Flow
The Balance-Flow upgrade is designed to correct a fundimental flaw in the 6.5 engine's cooling system circulation. These engines suffer a relatively stagnant coolant flow in the rear portions of the cylinder block and heads. This poor flow causes excessive temperatures in the two rear-most cylinders (7 & 8) and imposses an undue thermal stress in the block casting, which contributes to early block failure. The cylinder heads, too suffer localized hot spots which leads to cracking and failure.
The Balance-Flow system re-directs coolant to properly serve the cooling needs of the block and head castings, providing uniform coolant temperatures throughout the engine.
This is a very important upgrade for any H-1 and should not be overlooked in the quest for performance and longevity.
System is complete and ready to install with special fittings that attach to the rear of each cylinder head, as well as the flow-balancing tank, modified front coolant crossover manifold and high-temperature silicone hoses with permanent band type clamps. All components with the exception of the front crossover manifold are fabricated of high grade polished stainless steel. Designed for a lifetime of trouble free service---no shortcuts.
Super-flow 4" Exhaust System
The new Super-Flow 4" system for your H-1 is designed and engineered to optimize engine output and to deliver an exhaust note that 'fits' the big Hummer. Engine lovers will delight at the big, bold exhaust note and will enjoy the sweet, singing sounds of the turbocharger spooling up and down.
This exhaust has been thoughtfully designed to produce this big, powerful sound while it maintains a quiet passenger cabin. With the windows raised, the interior sound is as quiet as originally intended. Lower the windows and you can bask in the beautiful sounds. For maximum engine efficiency, complete your H-1's exhaust system with our optional 'Off-Road' pipe. The Off-Road pipe is specially designed to replace that restrictive component located just forward of the factory muffler assembly.

Off-Highway pipe for H-1 1996-2003. Compliments the Super-Flow exhaust system for peak performance off highway.
High Output Injectors
These injectors are built to compliment the unique Max-E-Tork ECM H-1 programming. They will provide an additional 40-43 hp over stock injectors, along with improved drivability and fuel economy.
Includes injector installation kit, which features Viton return tubes, copper seals, turbocharger mount and return oil tube gaskets.
These HO fuel injectors are desinged for use with the factory ECM.
Fuel Lift Pump
Heavy-Duty direct replacement for the factory unit. Assures proper pressure and flow and is very important when running our performance upgrades.
PMD Isolator System
The factory mount-location for the PMD (pump mounted driver) is on the side of the fuel injection pump. This location does not adequately remove heat from the PMD, resulting in a constant high temperature condition. Testing has shown that PMD performance begins to degrade when operating temperature exceeds 150*F and complete failure is imminent.
The PMD Isolator system features a new PMD module, mounted onto our Isolator plate and is mounted completely outside the engine compartment. This keeps the PMD quite cool for premium performance and very long service life.
The PMD Isolator system is warranted for 7-years. This is a very important upgrade!
Turbo Master Wastegate Controller
Provides the particular boost pressure curve needed to optimize the performance of the Max-E-Tork ECM programming. Highly recommended for use in combination with the Max-E-Tork ECM program
