Our Stage 4 High Output Kit for your 1996-2003 H1 Hummer will make a huge difference to the overall power output, cooling and drivability of your H1 Hummer.
The basis of the performance upgrade is the RapTorq Performance Computer system. This kit is designed to add a whole new level of performance with an additional 185 hp, on average, and improved cooling.

- The RapTorq programming provides rapid throttle response, crisp
light-throttle performance and strong heavy-to-full throttle power. Requires refundable $550 Core Charge.
Rap Boost
- a purely mechanical, fully adjustable waste gate controller, designed to
be a direct, bolt-on replacement for the factory boost control canister
used on H1 turbocharger.
RapFlow - Our RapFlow Fuel Lifter Pump is suited perfectly for the high demands of
the H1 HUMMER where rapid fuel flow, strength and relibility are
paramount.
Air Filter - replacement air filters are designed to increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent filtration.
Equalizer - designed to correct the poor coolant flow condition that exists in the
6.5 Hummer which is the cause of the majority of engine failures.
RapJet
- Engineered Injectors to give your HUMMER the correct amount of fuel for both stock
H1's and H1's equipped with our legendary RapTorq Performance ECM. Requires refundable $300 Core Charge.
Exhaust
- high performance exhaust system that replaces the restrictive stock muffler and tail pipe.
Off Road Pipe
- The Off-Road Pipe removes your catalytic converter for off-road and testing purposes only.
RapCool
Cooling Upgrade (7) - created to end the drivability / reliability issues associated with the
factory, injection pump-mount location of the PMD (Pump Mounted Driver).
